Consulting clients included publishing and media, wireless, software, e-business, and manufacturing. Projects include system analysis, system implementations, due diligence for venture capital funding, bankruptcy filings and analysis for creditor’s committee.
1997-1999 Vice President & Controller – CRL Network Services, Inc. (San Francisco)
Primary responsibilities included drafting (Management, Discussion, and Analysis) and filing IPO S-1 and coordinating legal counsel and audit team for IPO. Coordinating all due diligence for business acquisitions and eventual sale of company to Applied Theory, Inc. (deal valued at $45 million). Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, secure working capital and equipment lines of credit, and negotiate vendor and customer agreements. Supervised accounting staff of seven in all accounting and administrative functions.
1992-1997 Assistant Controller – Greenbrier Capital Corporation (San Francisco)
Responsibilities included supervising accounting staff of four on a daily basis in all accounting functions, month-end close and financial reporting of $25 million retail/service Company with 3 subsidiaries and 5 divisions. Managed year-end audit with outside auditors. Lead manager on discontinued repair facility operation. Designed and developed database system to report weekly fleet utilization to executive team.
1990-1991 Senior Accountant – Turner Entertainment Co. (Atlanta)
Prepared financial statements for television and international film productions. Designed and developed database for international film reporting.
